Contact Us in order to be assigned a Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA). Please get approval from our GrosVapes team member to send the item back before submitting it. Returns without first contacting us and without properly filled in RMA form will be rejected and shipped back.

Repackage the item in the original shipping material including all original parts, packing material, instructions, etc. This means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. The manufacturers’ security code must be untouched – only with this code GrosVapes can return items to the manufacturer. GrosVapes does not accept items without manufacturers’ security code.

Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST not have any damage or have been used. Place the RMA number in a prominent place and include a copy of the original Invoice in the package.

Grosvapes.com will not accept any returns of items that are not in the original packaging with visible Security code.

Clients have to ship items to Slovenia on their expenses.

 The return will be approved if there is a manufacturing defect. If the product is non-functional due to negligence or other reasons *, GS Trade d.o.o. will not approve the return.

* Reasons for unauthorized return:

• defects caused by misuse, negligence, mechanical damage and injuries

• defects caused by using improper accessories (unsuitable adaptors, chargers, batteries,…)

• damage caused by lightning, power surge,…

• defects caused by connecting to the wrong voltage or type of current

If the return was made according to the instructiones, GrosVapes will send you back the replacment for free and will give you a 10€ voucher on your GrosVapes account.

We accept returns:

  •          kits: 3 months from the invoice date
  •          Batteries, mod,…: 3 months from the invoice date (warranty does not apply to Li-ion batteries)
  •          Atomizers, clearomizers,…: 14 days from the invoice date*
  •          Consumable goods (drip tips, bottles, atomizer heads,…) warranty does not apply*
  •          E-liquids: vračilo ni mogoče*

*   Warranty can not be applied to e-liquids, atomizers and consumable goods for hygienic reasons. We do not change or refund used atomizers. We only change new atomizers in case of manufacturing defect (broken glass,…)
